Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Private Equity fund teams.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables across regional teams.
• Maintain fund data, documentation, and shared repositories.
• Track budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, and fund-related records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements.

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and team administration
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience working with Private Equity funds
• Experience using Fund Management systems (eFront, Investran, Allvue, Geneva, etc.)
