As a Team Lead in Corporate Banking Portfolio Management at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to lead and be member of a team of portfolio managers responsible for overseeing and monitoring a portfolio of structured and project finance transactions within the infrastructure, utilities, and energy sectors. You and your team, together with relationship managers, will be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional services and financial solutions to clients.
To excel in this role, you'll need to ensure rigorous credit risk management, compliance, efficient financing portfolio review and management, and timely reporting to support strategic decision‑making. You'll take a prudent approach in coordination with relationship managers, understanding the client's business goals and challenges and the bank's financial and non‑financial risks, essentially providing external and internal stakeholders with quality services. Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and work collaboratively will be key to your success.
Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry‑leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
