Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-to-1 and group classes
• Adopt innovative teaching methods and create an engaging learning experience for students
• Inspire and motivate students to excel in attaining their objectives for having tuition classes: be it exam preparation and academic improvement
• Monitor examinations
• Prepare and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences
• Communicate clear objectives for students learning activities

Requirements

• A good university degree in Physics subject
• Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus
• Passionate in teaching and inspiring teenagers
• High level of professional integrity and good work ethic
• A team player and a self-starter, open to feedback and willing to take on new challenges
• Flexible, able to manage change and ambiguity well and able to work under tight deadlines
• Relevant teaching experience (preferred)
• Adept in learning new educational tools and software where necessary
• Able to work on evenings and both weekends
