Job summary

A reputable employment service company in Singapore seeks a candidate to provide event coordination and administrative support in an educational institution. Responsibilities include planning school events, assisting teachers, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level in English, at least 2 years of administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Preferably possess valid first aid certification with CPR & AED.

Contract Period

16 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027 (23.5 months).

Working Hours
  • Mon–Fri: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 30‑minute lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
  • Event Coordination
    • Support school to plan, organise, and execute school events including camps, celebrations, learning journeys, and enrichment programmes
    • Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation
    • Coordinate arrangements for transport, food, prizes, decorations, equipment, etc.
    • Develop and prepare event resources, materials and schedules
    • Collaborate closely with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Teaching and Learning Support
    • Assist teachers in developing and preparing learning materials, classroom displays, and interactive teaching aids
  • Administrative and Other Duties
    • Provide administrative support to school across various functions
    • Maintain accurate records, inventories, and resources for classrooms and events
    • Undertake other duties as assigned by the school to support overall school operations
Qualifications, skills and experience
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with Pass in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management
  • Preferably with experience working in an education institution
  • Preferably possess valid first aid certification with CPR & AED
  • Proficient in English (written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets)
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Resourceful, initiative and able to multitask in a dynamic school environment
