We’re searching for a Senior Engineer to be part of our Technology Development TCAD Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Part of a team to develop, transfer & qualify new & derivative processes.
• Using TCAD to study new device development/integration into existing process and provide best case processing conditions.
• Run experiments to optimize device/process integration based on TCAD results.
• Provide TCAD support to processing issues encountered in production.
• Prepare engineering report to document results and learnings.

More about you:

• Master degree or above in semiconductor/electronics/electrical/Physics/Material engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years working in a semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Direct hands-on experience with Process and Device simulation tools (Taurus & Sentaurus)
• Able to setup input deck and perform calibration with SIMS and bench results
• Good semiconductor device knowledge on High voltage and RF devices
• Able to define and execute experiments based on TCAD results
• Preferably with process knowledge & able to perform device electrical characterization
• Possess CMOS fabrication experience.
• Good interpersonal skills in working with different cultures and multi continental teams.
