Our client is an events agency who is looking for a Talent & Culture Executive to join their team. In this role, you will play a key role in keeping their HR operations running smoothly while supporting the employee lifecycle end-to-end across APAC. This is an admin-heavy role with excellent exposure to regional HR work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare contracts, confirmation letters, and exit documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding across APAC
  • Manage HR documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Handle MOM reporting, surveys, EP & S Pass applications
  • Maintain freelancer databases and employee data changes
Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Coordinate recruitment administration (job postings, interviews, offers)
  • Support performance cycles, probation reviews, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with learning, development, and culture programs
  • Act as the first point of contact for basic HR queries
Regional & Project Support
  • Support APAC-wide HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data requests
  • Partner with Finance and Operations on headcount and payroll inputs
  • Help improve HR processes and efficiencies
About You
  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a junior HR/HR admin role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Highly organised, reliable and proactive
  • Willing to get hands‑on with admin‑heavy work
