We are a recruitment agency hiring a consultant to support hiring across multiple client companies and roles. This role is for someone who enjoys structured recruiting work, communicates well, and can manage a pipeline with discipline.

Working arrangement: Hybrid - typically 3 days WFH and 2 days in office weekly. Office days are mainly for team alignment, role calibration, and occasional client/candidate meetings where required.

Responsibilities
  1. Work on multiple client requisitions across different job functions
  2. Candidates outreach
  3. Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  4. Submit candidate profiles to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
  5. Manage candidate updates, feedback loops, and offer processes
  6. Maintain accurate records in the agency CRM/ATS
  7. Follow professional recruitment and data handling practices (PDPA-aligned)
Requirements

  • Able to handle multiple requisitions concurrently with accurate tracking and clear next steps
  • Strong written communication, especially in screening notes, candidate profiles, and client-facing updates

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance incentives. Structure and expectations will be explained clearly in the first conversation.
