You will be responsible for anchoring CHAGEE’s expansion and serving as a key partner to the business. You will also be an integral part supporting of the Group’s strategic expansion and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for anchoring recruitment activities, including quality delivery of essential HR services
  • Implement talent acquisition activities across all platforms, including recruitment project and partner management
  • Facilitate country initiatives, including establishment of candidate supply channels, SOPs, policies etc.
  • Champion employee engagement and Company culture initiatives, reinforcement of internal communication and employee relations
  • Analyse trends/metrics and establishment of data dashboard; developing integrated solutions value-added analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a talent acquisition or HR generalist, in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma in human resources or equivalent
  • Enterprising mindset and approach

  • Knowledge of industry, recruitment trends and developments
