About The Team This talent acquisition team at ByteDance manages a streamlined recruitment process for our global Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics teams with a focus on the APAC region.

The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues! This is a 12‑month contract.

In this role, you will collaborate with various members of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organisation. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high‑quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world‑class interview experience for each candidate.

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
  • Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams;
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process;
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners;
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency;
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to contribute in a fast‑paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks; - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Preferred Qualification: - 1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (via search firm or in‑house recruiting environment) preferred.
