A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead technical recruitment for enterprise technology roles across global markets. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with a proven track record in placing candidates in niche IT domains such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor on hiring strategies and executing large-scale recruitment programs across the ASEAN region.
Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for enterprise technology and digital transformation roles across global markets.
Demonstrate deep expertise in niche technologies including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
Act as a strategic talent advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market intelligence.
Apply strong understanding of talent markets across South East Asia and Australia, including supply-demand dynamics, compensation trends, and candidate mobility.
Possess solid knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, taxation frameworks, and compliance requirements across ASEAN countries and Australia.
Provide advisory on talent and market entry strategies in Europe and Latin America, leveraging knowledge of local languages, cultural context, employee sentiment, hiring models, and engagement practices.
Design and execute large-scale Hire–Train–Deploy (HTD) programs across Singapore and ASEAN, including workforce planning and deployment models.
Deliver senior-level hiring for large-scale digital transformation programs across the Eastern Hemisphere.
Recruit niche technology consultants across diverse regions including South Africa, China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia, and other strategic markets.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-find skills across global markets.
Implement structured recruitment workflows, including timesheet processes, documentation standards, and operational best practices.
Develop training materials and recruitment playbooks; mentor and train junior recruitment team members.
Leverage CRM, ATS, and sourcing tools to improve recruitment efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Partner closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and clients to align talent acquisition with transformation and growth objectives.
Must-have skills and experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, executive search, or specialist technology hiring.
Proven track record of successful placements and revenue/billing performance in enterprise technology and niche IT domains.
Demonstrated experience hiring for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AI, cloud, and digital transformation roles.
Strong experience recruiting across multiple geographies, particularly ASEAN and Australia.
Proven capability in senior and niche technology hiring for large-scale programs.
Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and senior client relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close high-value roles.
Hands-on experience using CRM, ATS, and modern recruitment tools and methodologies.
