Job Description Summary

Own the design and delivery of the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all of the operational and administrative work associated with hiring. Serve as a strong business partner to ASEAN client groups primarily focusing on Malaysia, understanding their talent needs and continuing to build a world-class organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Handle interview arrangement for ASEAN Japan and Korea
  • Employer Branding – PP/ eflyers for Asia and MENAT
  • Reporting – weekly, quarterly, annual, etc
  • TA Admin work – manage box folder
  • Wing to wing recruitment of junior roles in ASEAN including internships, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to business partners. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines
  • Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business
Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years' of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience in hiring for production level will be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, multitasking and a team player
Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience in regional recruitment for ASEAN will be added advantage
  • Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience would have an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Workday is preferred
