As a member of the organization at the heart of SAP project proposals and promotion, you will be responsible for the entire process from planning and conceptualization, requirements definition, design, development, testing, to offshore management.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our global group’s unique modeling tools, industry-specific solutions, and global best practices to lead SAP projects aimed at reconstructing customer businesses.
• Plan, design, develop, test, and manage offshore implementation of SAP solutions.
• Drive global collaboration in large‑scale projects.
• Lead mixed teams of local and JCS members to manage projects while leveraging personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements

• Native‑level proficiency in Japanese with business‑level English, OR native‑level proficiency in English with business‑level Japanese.
• Experience in leading projects and a proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities.
• Project experience in the areas listed in the "Job Description" within a consulting firm or technology vendor.

Preferred Experience

• Core Business Operations: overseeing logistics or accounting fields and defining necessary information integration across various operations; defining business flows and requirements in sales, logistics, procurement, production, accounting, finance, etc.
• Core System Implementation: one or more business areas in SAP implementation; all phases from requirements definition to design, development, testing, go‑live preparation, and stabilization.
• Project Management: leadership experience in SAP core system package implementation.
• Experience leading specific business areas or entire projects in SAP implementation, including S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive experience covering all phases of SAP implementation projects.
• Project management and team leadership experience in global projects.
• Consulting experience related to Southeast Asia.

Human Skills

• Proactive engagement in delivery and acquisition of SAP and related areas while actively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Mindset to participate in developing new solutions and generating customer value, aiming to create novel market offerings.
