We are looking for a skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to design, develop, and implement advanced software applications that support our evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Champion, leading full lifecycle application development.
• Design, build, test, and deploy software applications using both traditional and low‑code methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation across the SDLC.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users where required.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to continually enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Support ad‑hoc technical projects and tasks.
• Engage hands‑on in all aspects of development and deployment activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application development or software engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, HTML, CSS; JavaScript and Ruby are added advantages.
• Experience with Low‑Code Development and platforms such as OutSystems and/or Workato.
• Solid understanding of database management, SQL, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs (REST/SOAP), and agile development practices.
• Hands‑on experience with code verification, deployment, and pre‑production readiness.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor/partner management and executing service management plans.
