Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our IT team.

The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) to meet business requirements.

The Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle‑related solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and enhance in‑house applications using JavaScript (JSP) and Oracle Reports/Forms.
• Deliver daily functional and technical support for Oracle systems and internal applications.
• Maintain and support existing application systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Build new system features or develop new applications based on user requests.
• Conduct requirements analysis, coding, debugging, testing, and ongoing application support.
• Collaborate closely with end users and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training when required.
• Take part in system testing activities, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support change management processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in system development, application support, and maintenance, with hands‑on experience using Oracle databases.
• Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE technologies, JSP/PHP, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle 11i/R12 Applications and Business Intelligence tools is an added advantage.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
