DBS’ Private Banking offers a one‑stop, full‑service touch‑point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long‑term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Meet revenue targets and other quantitative targets like yield, AUMs, account growth and fee income ratio
  • Source and acquire new EAMs within the market
  • Provide support in investment research, investment ideas and particularly dealing to EAMs
  • Maintain regular contact with EAMs to understand theirs needs and participate actively to improve the bank’s platform and processes
  • Conduct KYC of referred clients (background and source of wealth)
  • Ensure compliance with bank’s and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master Degree with solid relevant experience in the EAM market
  • Proven sales track record of direct selling experience in private banking business
  • Sound product knowledge relating to private banking
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to listen and understand clients’ requirements
  • Team player and ability to work together with the product team, support teams and other banking departments in client acquisition
