Job Description
Regulatory Compliance
  • Work with key compliance and governance stakeholders to interpret and implement to ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes and internal policy updates.
  • Liaise with Group Compliance and Legal on other regulatory matters and risk assessments.
2. Risk Management & Culture
  • Drive risk awareness and accountability across DWM through training and communication.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of KRCSA, KORI, and BCM frameworks.
  • Escalate and resolve risk issues promptly to minimize operational and reputational impact.
3. Audit Readiness
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Track and close audit findings, aiming for consistent "Satisfactory" ratings.
  • Prevent recurrence of audit issues through root cause analysis and process improvements.
4. Governance & Process Optimization
  • Maintain governance frameworks such as GWMP and PSC for structured decision-making.
  • Standardize documentation, templates, and reporting formats to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with DWM's transformation goals.
5. Business Continuity & Resilience
  • Act as Business Service Manager (BSM) for DWM, ensuring critical services are identified and recovery plans are tested.
6. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the central liaison for compliance, legal, audit, and risk stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers and transformation teams to embed governance in business initiatives.
7. Client Trust & Institutional Integrity
  • Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and Fair Dealing.
  • Support initiatives that reinforce client protection and regulatory transparency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • More than 15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, compliance, and/or audit.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SG and regional regulations and industry best practices, with proven ability to anticipate, interpret and operationalize regulatory changes.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, driving process standardization and embedding continuous improvements aligned with our strategic needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, serving as central liaison with compliance, legal, audit, and business leaders while championing fair dealing, ethical conduct and safeguarding client outcomes.
  • Conduct regular service recovery exercises and update BCM documentation.
