Job summary

A leading agri-commodity company in Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to support the Group Sustainability leadership in implementing and monitoring initiatives across operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5 years of experience in sustainability or ESG. Key responsibilities include program development, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role engages directly with stakeholders and fosters a culture of sustainability. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, supply chain traceability, and ESG reporting standards.
• Experience working with palm oil or other agri-commodity sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, roll-out and continuous improvement of company-wide sustainability strategies.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including regulators, NGOs, and industry alliances.
• Mentor junior sustainability staff and foster a culture of sustainability.
