Role Summary

The Sustainability Manager supports the execution of corporate sustainability and ESG initiatives across reporting, carbon management, and operational programs. This role works closely with regional and functional teams to ensure consistent implementation, data accuracy, and progress against sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate the Annual Sustainability Report in alignment with GRI and IFRS/ISSB requirements.

  • Manage the annual CDP submission, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across disclosures.

  • Develop and maintain sustainability training materials for internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Support sustainability due diligence activities, including supplier assessments and documentation.

  • Perform and support Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 carbon emissions calculations, including data collection and consolidation.

  • Drive Scope 3 emissions initiatives in collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams.

  • Contribute to GPSNR-related projects, including assurance frameworks and reporting model enhancements.

  • Support sustainability strategy execution through analysis, reporting, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Coordinate with country and regional sustainability managers to ensure effective execution of sustainability programs.

  • Support additional ESG and sustainability projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines; a focus on Corporate Sustainability is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, manufacturing, or related functions.

  • Working knowledge of GRI, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and ISSB (S1 & S2).

  • Practical understanding of carbon accounting and GHG Protocol methodologies.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and data systems is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and large data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
