A leading cloud services provider in Singapore is seeking an AWS Support Partner Success Manager to enhance partner relationships and drive business growth across the APJC region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development and partner management, with a strong technical background in AWS technologies. A Bachelor's degree is required, alongside excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, monitoring partner performance, and implementing growth strategies.

Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to help define and deliver our partner acceleration activities for AWS Support service within our AWS Partner Network. The AWS Partner Network (APN) includes tens of thousands of consulting partners, systems-integrators, technology partners, ISVs, distributors, and value-added resellers that are using AWS as their cloud delivery platform around the world.
AWS Support Partner Success Manager will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of the AWS Support offer. You will establish deep business and technical relationships with AWS Partners to enable and grow our ecosystem of AWS Support partners in APJC.
You will be responsible for growing the business of our partners in the APJC region by designing and implementing targeted strategies. You will have day-to-day interactions with our most strategic AWS Support partners and act as trusted advisor assisting throughout the lifecycle of all partner led opportunities. You will also work very closely with the AWS sales team to drive joint sales engagement to support the development of a strategic plan for future opportunities and pursuits.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the executive level, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
