The role includes training team members, managing work streams in Fulfilment and Inbound operations, and conducting compliance audits. • Manage at least two work streams including Fulfilment and Inbound operations.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance and operational standards.
• Handle escalations regarding CE claims fulfillment.

Job description

You enjoy working in logistics centres where the timely fulfilment of customers’ orders take priority.

You will support the Operations Manager in ensuring that daily work activities in the different sections, such as Order Processing, Fulfilment and Receiving Operations are carried out according to plan, and guiding and training team members.

Responsible for at least two work streams, ensuring daily output are met, and team members are provided withguidance and training where needed.The work streams are in the following areas:

• Fulfilment & Outbound
• Receiving & Inbound
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Product Quality Inspection & Control
• Consumer Electronics (CE) claims processing and fulfilment

You will be the go-to person for

• Operation Documents Governance for the streams you are assigned to
• Conducting regular internal audit to meet compliance and established operation standards
• Customer/supplier escalations for all CE claims fulfilment related matters
• Authorised Service Providers reviews against established KPIs

You will also undertake the role of a Continuous Improvement Champion in our Business Health Assessment Initiative, and to proactively identify and manage opportunities for improvement.
