A logistics management company in Singapore seeks an individual to support the Operations Manager by ensuring effective fulfillment of customer orders. The role includes training team members, managing work streams in Fulfilment and Inbound operations, and conducting compliance audits. You will also act as a Continuous Improvement Champion, striving for operational excellence while handling escalations related to claims fulfillment. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
You enjoy working in logistics centres where the timely fulfilment of customers’ orders take priority.
You will support the Operations Manager in ensuring that daily work activities in the different sections, such as Order Processing, Fulfilment and Receiving Operations are carried out according to plan, and guiding and training team members.
