Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a professional to coordinate the full supply chain cycle including procurement, order processing, and logistics. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management or related fields, with experience in industries such as semiconductors or manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery schedules, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining ERP/WMS systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience for Officer/Executive; 4-6+ years for Assistant Manager.
• Experience in semiconductors, manufacturing, trading, pharma, or electronics is advantageous.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the full supply chain cycle: forecasting, procurement, order processing, warehousing, and logistics.

2. Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.

3. Monitor delivery schedules, resolve delays, and ensure documentation accuracy (POs, DOs, invoices, customs papers, etc.).

4. Support production or sales teams by providing accurate supply status and inventory availability.

5. Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite / Microsoft Dynamics / etc.).

6. Generate regular reports: inventory aging, slow‑moving items, forecast accuracy, supply risks, logistics KPIs.

7. Analyze demand trends and support procurement or replenishment planning.

8. Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and variance analysis.

9. Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockout, overstock, and obsolescence.

10. Develop and enforce inventory control SOPs, including receiving, storage, and issuance processes.

11. Lead root-cause investigations for discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline.

2. 1–3 years’ experience for Officer/Executive; 4–6+ years for Assistant Manager.

3. Experience in semiconductors, manufacturing, trading, pharma, electronics, or similar industries is an advantage.
