Overview

• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturer
• Position Title: Supply Chain Executive
• Working Location: Tuas Link
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.45pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage in daily customer service and procurement tasks.
• Manage supply planning from raw materials to finished goods.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to set production schedules that align with demand forecasts.
• Manage inventory efficiently and plan logistics for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Oversee supplier and customer relationships as well as licensing operations.
• Work alongside the product management team to assess product specifications and technical data.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Team Leader or Management.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Chemical Distribution or Semiconductor industries, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Navision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards are highly advantageous.
