About the role - you will:
  • Implement and enforce anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies across indirect procurement and supplier onboarding.
  • Conduct due diligence on suppliers, assessing ownership, legal history, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain and update supplier records, compliance documentation, and audit trails in systems (e.g., MDG).
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local laws).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, finance, engineering, IT, sustainability, risk management).
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to compliance, sustainability, and governance.
  • Align procurement processes with SOX requirements in partnership with internal audit and finance.
  • Deliver compliance training and regulatory updates to procurement and business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement compliance and supplier governance.
  • Support supply chain project management and digital transformation initiatives.

Note: This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management.

About you:
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and audit procedures.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including anti-bribery laws and labor regulations.
  • Experience with ISO standards, risk management, and sustainability practices is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Chartered institute of procurement & supply (CIPS) Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified compliance & ethics professional (CCEP), Certified fraud examiner (CFE) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Your experience includes:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain compliance, or supplier governance.
  • Hands-on working background regulatory frameworks, risk management, and audit procedures.
  • Implementation of Compliance programs.
  • Compliance tools and analytics platforms applications (an added advantage).
