Responsibilities

  • Responsible for issuing delivery orders (DOs) and invoices.
  • Process and authorize employee expense claims.
  • Provide financial insights by analyzing accounting data.
  • Manage accounts activities including invoicing and payments.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques.
  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy.
  • Handle stock management including issuing and receiving.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
  • Ensure accountability of stock in-system.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly inventory checks.
  • Collect payments from delivery teams.
  • Address customer orders and feedback.
  • Support HR and administrative tasks.
  • Available for night shifts and weekends.

Responsible for day-to-day operation duties

Responsibilities
  • Use system to issue DOs and Invoices.
  • Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised.
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.
  • Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP
  • Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claim.
  • Review and verify invoice from suppliers
  • Receiving and issuing of stock.
  • Stock arranging and updating stock into system.
  • Stock replenishing ordering.
  • Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the daily delivery schedule of the drivers.
  • Plan daily delivery routes and assign deliveries tasks to delivery team.
  • Ensure stock are accountable updated into the system during issuing, receiving and in the warehouse.
  • Monthly/Yearly inventory stock take.
  • Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams.
  • Ensure deliveries routes are efficiently planned with customers timing restriction in mind.
  • Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in correct amount.
  • Handling of Customer’s order, feedback, discrepancies, and issues
  • Provide support in HR and administrative matters where necessary.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.
  • Able to work night shift and split shift, and OT on weekends and public holiday
