Job summary

A multinational corporation based in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage inventory and stock control. The successful candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring high inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and maintaining warehouse efficiency and standards. Candidates will work five days a week in a dynamic environment promoting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and annual physical audits.
• Oversee the picking process to confirm all required parts are collected and prepared for production activities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
• Verify all incoming goods against Purchase Orders and technical specifications.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including packing lists and export paperwork where required.
• Improve warehouse layout to enhance picking efficiency and material flow.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse in line with 5S standards.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and certified.
