Overview

We are looking for a supervisor to assist the site operation manager to supervise and evaluate workers performance and keeping accurate records of workers attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, scraping and washing of mirrors) within the time schedule.
• Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate with management and workers and able respond to customer’s complain and request.
• Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation manager if required major repairs or replacement.
• Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
• Monitor all works that are carried out according to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder’s preferred
• Physically fit
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Min 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience

Salary commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
