Job summary

A leading apparel company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Stylist to enhance customer experience in-store. The ideal candidate will drive sales through excellent product knowledge and exceptional customer service, while complying with operational procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, meeting sales KPIs, and providing exceptional service. Required is an O’level qualification and a passion for retail. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

As a Stylist, you are responsible for implementing a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Show a thorough understanding and drive sales through the sharing of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi’s® Store customer, meet SEAMS expectation to deliver Mystery Shopper results as well as promote and drive Red Tab Membership Program
  • Meet established store sales and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Comply with Levi’s® Stores Operating Procedures including but not limited to store opening, closing, cash handling, stock receiving, housekeeping
  • Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
  • Perform replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed
  • Maintain store appearance in accordance with Levi’s®Stores visual presentation standards and product care
  • Perform alterations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least an O’level qualification
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts
  • Have a good command of English
  • Passionate in retail and customer service
  • Sales driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable to work in an environment where standing, squatting, bending and lifting is required
