Job description

Liaise with HQ, parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters

1. Manage a team of Programme Staff at your designated centre in staff, not limited to deployment and logistics, HR matters such as annual leave matters, disciplinary issues and work performance.

2. Keep the team motivated, visit classrooms to evaluate facilitation/supervision methods and provide performance standards for the staff.

3. Responsible for all administrative matters of the centre which includes and not limited to fee collections, subsidy applications, students registration, consolidating reports of teachers and students.

4. Responsible for the production of programme materials and lesson plans for school holidays.

5. Ensure that the daily programme schedule and lesson plans are followed closely.

6. Conduct relief classes during the absence of Programme Staff

7. Provide counselling for students with behavioural and disciplinary issues.

8. Establish positive relationships with school leaders and staff of the centre.

9. Be accountable for yearly events and activities of the centre.

Ensure that they meet the requirements (safety and effectiveness) of the programme.

10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management as well as other stakeholders.

11. Other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
