Job summary

A leading student care centre in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and support students. Responsibilities include guiding students in homework, conducting enrichment activities, and maintaining a supportive environment. Strong proficiency in Chinese is required, along with a passion for working with children. Relevant experience in education or childcare is advantageous. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Job Description

• Supervise and ensure the well-being, safety, and discipline of students in the student care centre
• Provide guidance and support to students in completing their school homework and assignments

• Conduct activities and lessons with a focus on Chinese Language depending on teaching strength
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive environment
• Communicate with parents/guardians on students’ progress when necessary

• Strong proficiency in Chinese for Chinese-focused teaching, to guide students effectively
• Genuine interest and passion for working with children
• Good interpersonal and classroom management skills
