We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Student Admin Officer to support student affairs, front-desk operations, and administrative functions. This role focuses on service, coordination, and admissions support.
Handle enquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Provide professional, timely, and accurate information about school procedures and student services.
Assist in resolving issues/feedback and follow up to ensure satisfactory closure.
Maintain a positive and welcoming front-desk experience.
Assist with admission process, student registration, and documentation.
Maintain and update student records and internal databases.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams on student-related matters.
Perform administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Head.
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
Support website updates and simple content changes when required.
Participate in job rotation to learn new responsibilities and support operational needs.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, with passes in English and Chinese.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents).
Pleasant and professional demeanour.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
Able to multitask and handle pressure during peak periods.
Good phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Customer service experience is an advantage.
The ability to speak a foreign language is a bonus.
Reports directly to the Administration Head.
