Job description

• Estimating and controlling costs for structural steel projects by preparing quantity take-offs from drawings, creating cost estimates, and managing project budgets from tender to final account.
• Handle Contract administration, Prepare Progress Claims and Variation Orders and negotiate with suppliers.
• Assist with Procurement of Materials and quipment from various suppliers.
• Evaluate and process payments for subcontractors and handle their final accounts.
• Laiaise with main contractors, site supervisors, engineers and other project teams.
