Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate structural design with QP, architects, and M&E consultants
  • Review structural drawings and details for constructability
  • Resolve design clashes and lead coordination meetings
  • Support authority submissions and technical clarifications
  • Review shop drawings, BBS, and temporary works proposals
  • Provide technical support to site team during structural works
  • Propose value engineering solutions and improve buildability
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 5–8 years of experience in structural coordination
  • Experience in landed housing projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of RC works, foundations, and temporary works
  • Familiar with local authority submission processes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is an advantage
