You will work with architects and engineers to ensure constructability and compliance with local regulations. ☑ Building Construction Company

☑ Salary: $4000 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

☑ Working hours: 5.5 Days, Office Hours

☑ Work Location: Geylang Bahru MRT Walking Distance

☑ Coordinate structural design for landed housing projects to ensure buildability, compliance and smooth site execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate structural design with QP, architects, and M&E consultants to ensure alignment and constructability

• Review structural drawings, details, and specifications for buildability and site practicality

• Identify and resolve design clashes; lead and participate in coordination meetings

• Support authority submissions, technical clarifications, and consultant coordination

• Review shop drawings, BBS, and temporary works proposals for structural accuracy and compliance

• Provide technical support to site teams and propose value engineering and buildability improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural design coordination

• Prior experience in landed housing projects.

• Strong knowledge of RC structures, foundations and temporary works, with proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM knowledge.

• Familiar with local authority submission processes and coordination requirements
