Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance web applications using Next.js and React, with deep understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration), data fetching, and caching strategies.
• Design and implement clean, scalable backend APIs (RESTful / GraphQL), and design database schemas optimized for both read and write performance.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLM-based features, real-time voice intelligence, and analytics into production environments.
• Architect deployment and scaling strategies across Vercel, AWS, or serverless/container infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle — from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Evaluate trade-offs across different infrastructure and DevOps solutions to balance scalability, cost, and reliability.
• Improve performance, authentication, and CI/CD automation, maintaining code quality and stability.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver smooth, responsive user experiences.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• Around 3 years of fullstack development experience, with proven experience in AI SaaS or LLM-based application development;
• Prior project experience in the education, legal, or financial sectors will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Highly proficient in Next.js and React, including SSR/ISR, caching, and data rendering strategies.
• Skilled in Node.js (NestJS/Express), TypeScript, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong experience designing backend APIs and optimizing database performance.
• Familiar with cloud deployment and scaling (AWS, Vercel, GCP, or serverless/container).
• Knowledge of CI/CD automation, auth/permissions systems, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog).
• Bonus: experience with performance optimization, load testing, or AI/LLM integration.

• Strong ownership, independence, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for AI-driven product engineering and agentic systems.
