Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic & Analytical Support
    • Support the Transformation agenda: prepare analyses, presentations, and synthesis materials for Operations Board, Transformation Reviews, and CEO-level forums.
    • Contribute to strategic assessments (e.g. project prioritisation, AOP, Capex planning, productivity pipelines).
    • Consolidate insights and data from Country Business Units into clear narratives and executive summaries.
  2. Project Management Office (PMO) Operations
    • Maintain an integrated project portfolio view across key Operations initiatives.
    • Coordinate governance cadence: project updates, category and cross-functional reviews.
    • Track project milestones, risks, and decisions; ensure timely follow-up with country leads.
    • Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting tools.
  3. Communication & Governance Enablement
    • Prepare one-pagers, dashboards, and briefings for leadership communication and reviews.
    • Standardise and maintain presentation templates and visual assets for strategic storytelling.
    • Support stakeholder communication from Global to local teams.
  4. Process & Efficiency Improvement
    • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows, automate reporting, and enhance collaboration across functions.
    • Partner with HR, Finance, and Engineering where cross-functional coordination is needed.
Technical Skills and Experience
  • A Master's program in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong interest in learning about large-scale operations is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
