Work where you make an impact. We are seeking a Strategy Planning Manager to join our team and drive the company’s long-term growth initiatives. You will evaluate market opportunities, shape business strategies, monitor execution progress, provide insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning processes, assess market, industry, customer, and competitive trends, and prepare executive strategy presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, translate complex data into actionable insights, and monitor emerging trends and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with finance and business units to align growth initiatives with financial goals, and support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and other inorganic growth initiatives.
  • Work with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution, facilitating workshops and sessions to drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 6-10 years’ experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or related areas.
  • Strong market research, financial analysis, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
