Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales & Marketing. The candidate will manage key accounts, assist in leadership of the Sales Team, and ensure maximum revenue potential. With a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be detail-oriented. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. This position may require work beyond office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DOSM in management of the Sales Team.
• Attend client events and internal meetings in DOSM's absence.
• Responsible for key account management and prospecting new accounts.
• Ensure maximum potential in yield management and sales revenue.
• Monitor sales production and adjust activities as necessary.
