Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of progressive purchasing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior-level role.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and influencing abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis, market research, and problem-solving to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end ownership for all purchasing activities for the Beauty Division across Southeast Asia.
• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Lead the operational procurement of a defined category for the Beauty Division.
