The role involves developing procurement strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring strong collaboration with regional stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in procurement or project management, along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel occasionally across Asia.
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
We are looking for a Strategic Procurement & Projects Manager to drive regional sourcing and major infrastructure, capex, and automation projects for Shopee’s logistics business. This role supports development of procurement strategy, oversees cross-market execution, and supports local teams to deliver high-impact investments.
