Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree, preferably PhD degree with R&D background.
• Proven experience in a similar capacity with demonstrated competency in leadership, strategic planning, decision-making and stakeholder relationship.
• Proficient in statistical methods and techniques for analyzing data.
