Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, along with strong skills in strategic thinking and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience, at least 5 in senior finance leadership.
• Experience in maritime and shipping preferred.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on financial performance and decision-making.
• Lead financial operations ensuring sound corporate finance management.
• Develop governance frameworks for risk management and compliance.
• Manage banking relationships and lead capital-raising initiatives.
