Job description

Provides strategic and operational legal support across the organisation to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and sound corporate governance. Advises management on employment law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory matters.
Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements, oversees dispute management, and liaises with external counsel where required. Partners closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to enable business objectives while safeguarding the company’s legal and reputational interests.
