Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to drive recruitment, manage subsidiaries HR reporting, and coordinate performance management processes. The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems. Candidates with knowledge of equity compensation programs and Mandarin language skills for engagement with Chinese stakeholders will be preferred.
