A finance-focused organization based in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee accounts, manage audits, and ensure compliance and governance. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in family office or fund management, with strong skills in statutory audits and financial reporting. A bachelor’s degree in related fields, along with professional qualifications, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in finance, audit or accounting.
• Prior experience in family office, fund management, asset management or financial services is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience managing statutory audits and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full sets of accounts for group entities, funds and investment holding structures.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead statutory audits as the primary point of contact with external auditors.
