Job summary

A global logistics provider in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive new business by managing relationships with Enterprise Accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring account performance, maintaining compliance with contracts, and utilizing competitive intelligence strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of sales experience in the life sciences or related fields. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus, along with strong negotiation skills and familiarity with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in a field sales role.
  • Strong background in life science and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with healthcare regulations.
  • Knowledge of ISO certification, especially ISO 13485:2003.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business relationships with Enterprise Accounts.
  • Execute business plans to exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor customer information and account performance.
  • Develop account strategies for retention and acquisition.
