Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the global launch and strategic management of the Robinson Managed Solutions(RMS) program, serving as the primary escalation point
  • Collaborate with regional implementation teams across North America , APAC, and Europe to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Ensure seamless transitions from implementation to operations across all global regions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer stakeholders worldwide
  • Align with client leadership to drive global supply chain initiatives focused on cost savings and performance improvement. Work with Robinson Managed Solutions(RMS) project managers globally to follow standardized project management process
  • Monitor industry trends and customer business changes to identify new opportunities
  • Work with internal and external leadership to Align Robinson Managed Solutions(RMS)’s technical and operational capabilities with evolving customer goals in each region
  • Own global account financials, including P&L, revenue forecasting, and resource planning
  • Champion enterprise capabilities and project-based delivery models to meet customer expectations
  • Mentor and develop global Robinson Managed Solutions(RMS) team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
  • Minimum 6 years of related logistics or Supply Chain industry experience
  • Ability to travel up to 15% (domestically and internationally)

Preferred:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics industry
  • Proven experience in consultative and strategic sales
  • Skilled in presenting to internal and external decision-makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience delivering global customer solutions
  • Understanding of global transportation management systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to analyze and document global supply chain processes
