Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience with label and artist relations in the Philippines market.
• Deep understanding and established network within the local music industry.
• Strong music and technology background with consistent record in marketing.
• Proven experience in user research, analyzing data to set goals.
• Very fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with artist and label communities in the Philippines.
• Support and educate key partners on Spotify tools and insights.
• Develop marketing initiatives for artist and artist-fan engagement.
• Analyze data and insights to understand music trends.
