Job summary

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday:8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday:Rest day

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Coordinate and assign tasks to store staff and forklift operators to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) deliveries according to planned schedules
• Oversee inventory receiving, inspection, labelling, and system updates
• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate forklift for loading and unloading when required
• Assist with coordination of collection and delivery activities
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and SOPs

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Forklift Licence
• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience (supervisory or lead role experience preferred)
• Strong coordination skills with a hands‑on operational approach
• Good attention to detail and inventory control discipline
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and reporting
• Able to communicate effectively in English
  (Mandarin is an advantage for internal coordination)
