- Motivate,encourage,andchallengestorecashiers
- Ensureallmerchandiseisstockedanddisplaysareattractive,pricedcorrectly,anddisplayedinasafemanner.
- Supervise,anddisciplineallstoreemployeesaccordingtocompanypolicy
- Completedailypaperworkandcomputerentryinatimelymannerasestablishedbymanagement.
- Monitorcashover/short,inventoryshrinkage,anddriveoffsdaily.
- Havethephysicalabilitytoperformalldutiesofastorecashierregularly.
- Communicateandperformallpricechangerequest,markdowns/upsasrequestedbytheOperationsManager.
- Haverelaventworkingexperience.
