Job description

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the rehearsal space
• Record blocking, timings, and director's notes
• Track script and staging changes
• Ensure cast attendance and punctuality
• Maintain clear communication between director and departments
• Monitor safety and working conditions
• Coordinate prop and costume needs for rehearsal
• Call the show (lighting, sound, set, etc.) via headset
• Ensure all cues are executed on time and correctly
• Manage backstage activity and scene transitions
• Handle emergencies or performance disruptions
• Write and distribute daily performance reports
• Maintain cast and crew morale and discipline
